The Spaniards sit in the relegation zone on 11 points with two wins so far this season.
It will be United’s first game since they beat Fulham in the Premier League before the break for the World Cup.
Erik ten Hag‘s side won the game thanks to a last-gasp winner from starlet Alejandro Garnacho.
The three points earned from Craven Cottage left the club fifth going into the break, three points behind Tottenham in the Champions League spot.
The break has allowed players not representing their countries in Qatar a chance to re-gain their fitness and recover from any injuries that they had.
This will be a boost to the Dutch manager as stars such as Anthony Martial are closer to full fitness.
Martial was in good form for the club as he scored four goals in all competitions before he picked up a knock.
But now he was training with the rest of the squad, which will get Ten Hag another attacking option following Cristiano Ronaldo‘s exit from the club.
The Portuguese attacker is at the World Cup with his nation, but saw his contract terminated after his explosive interview with Piers Morgan.
The players looked in good spirits during their training session as youngsters Rhys Bennett and Joe Hugill were among those who joined in the first team.
While regulars Martial and Victor Lindelof went for a ride on a buggy.
The latest training session took place in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain as then players are already abroad ahead of the match at the Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla.
