Man Utd fans gush ‘can’t wait for this link-up’ as they spot Garnacho sneaking into fellow wonderkid’s DMs

MANCHESTER UNITED fans cannot wait for a link-up between Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo after their Instagram exchange.

Both attacking stars enjoyed strong Saturdays that bode well for United’s future.

Garnacho made his first Premier League appearance since March as he came off the bench to finish off Wolves with a well-taken late strike.

And then later in the evening loanee Diallo scored an absolute stunner to help Sunderland equalise in the first leg of their play-off semi-final against Luton.

Garnacho is just 18 and Diallo is just 20, leaving supporters excited about the prospect of the two wingers spending many years putting the fear of God into defenders at Old Trafford.

And their own excitement only grew after Garnacho sent an uplifting Instagram message to his fellow wonderkid.

The young Argentine shared a pic of the Sunderland winger celebrating his curling effort against Luton and captioned the pic: “what a player”.

The compliment was enough to spark fantasies from United’s fans about the pair sharing a pitch together one day.

One said: “Their link up at Old Trafford next season is going to hit like crack.”

Another said: “My boys are gonna COOOK next season.”

While one other excited fan said: “The Garnacho x Amad era is starting and I’m here for it.”

And another said: “Garnacho and Amad better than [Real Madrid’s] Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo in my book”.

Garnacho has had to be patient for first team opportunities this season but has regularly impressed fans and pundits with his impact off the bench.

Arguably his most important moment was just before the World Cup when he scored a last minute winner away at Fulham.

While Diallo has enjoyed plenty more football at second-tier Sunderland and can lay claim to 14 goals and three assists in the league.
