MANCHESTER UNITED fans are convinced that “the world is not ready” as Kobbie Mainoo is reportedly in line for a start.
The Red Devils‘ academy midfielder is thought to be in the running for a starting spot against Everton on Sunday.

Erik ten Hag is in need of some fresh blood in his midfield which has struggled at times this season.
Mainoo, 18, has not played this term as he has battled injuries but is now fit again.
He impressed in pre-season against Arsenal before suffering his injury.
And now United fans are thrilled to learn that he might be starting against Everton.

Mainoo could come into the side as a long-term replacement for Casemiro.
The Brazilian star’s days at Old Trafford appear numbered as he is one of 15 players that could leave the club in January.
United go into the game in 9th place and five points behind Tottenham in fourth.
Everton however are currently 19th in the table after being sanctioned after breaching sustainability rules.
United fans had been concerned about the fixture due to Everton’s points deduction.
