RICHARD ARNOLD has become the first casualty of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s takeover after resigning from Manchester United’s board.
The respected chief had already left his role at the Red Devils’ CEO in November.

And he will no longer play any part in the decision making at Old Trafford in the new Ratcliffe era.
Arnold formally stepped down from United’s board last week.
An official filing from the club today confirmed his exit, three months after he quit as CEO.
In Arnold’s place, Ineos co-founder John Rees and Ineos sport chairman Rob Nevin have both been added to United’s board.
