Man City youngster Callum Doyle wanted by German side Eintracht Frankfurt on loan or permanent transfer

GERMAN giants Eintracht Frankfurt are tracking Man City teenage defender Callum Doyle.

Scouts Nicolas Becker and Dan Hargreaves watched the 19-year-old play on loan for Coventry last week.

Callum Doyle has impressed with his two loan spells at Sunderland and CoventryRex

Doyle is seen as a future City first-teamer but he could be whisked off to the Bundesliga, either on loan or on a permanent move.

Etihad chiefs have a decision to make on Doyle and also fellow defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis, 21.

Burnley want Harwood-Bellis on loan again — and both prospects are going into the final year of their contracts.

Doyle has appeared in 39 of Coventry‘s 44 league games this season.

The Sky Blues’ campaign started very slowly and the club spent the first few months of the season in the relegation zone.

Issues with the pitch at the Coventry Building Society Arena did not help and the club had several home games postponed.

But Coventry turned things around and currently sit in the Championship play-off positions with only a few weeks of the season left.

Doyle will be seeking back-to-back promotions after going up with Sunderland last year.
