LIVERPOOL have sensationally opened talks to sign Kylian Mbappe, reports suggest.
Mbappe’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is shrouded in doubt after the Frenchman announced he would not sign a new deal at the club.

With the 24-year-old’s declaration, PSG are now looking to sell up with interest from Real Madrid and Saudi Arabia.
The latter of these saw the French outfit accept an eye-watering transfer record fee of £259million from Al-Hilal.
However, it is understood Mbappe has no interest in heading to the Middle East despite the astronomical wages they have offered him.
And now, the Mirror have reported Liverpool have entered the race.
The Reds are ready to offer Mbappe a PSG escape route for one season, offering a loan transfer in order for him to escape the Parc des Princes as he enters the final year of his contract there.
A transfer of this nature would allow PSG to bring in some cash while allowing Mbappe to pursue his dream move to Madrid in 12 months time.
It would also provide Liverpool with an obvious boost in quality to their front line.
Jurgen Klopp has a sneaky advantage in his side’s favour for getting a deal done too, with Mbappe’s mother and agent, Fayza Lamari, said to be an avid Liverpool fan.
Mbappe admitted last year he has spoken to Klopp and Liverpool over the possibility of a transfer in the past.
He told the Telegraph: “We talked a little bit, but not too much.
“I talked to Liverpool because it’s the favourite club of my mum, my mum loves Liverpool.
“I don’t know why, you will have to ask her! It’s a good club and we met them five years ago. When I was in Monaco I met them. It’s a big club.”
