MANCHESTER UNITED have been dealt a huge injury blow with Lisandro Martinez ruled out for an “extended period.”
The defender has aggravated a foot injury he sustained last season in April.

Martinez was carried off the pitch in tears during last term’s Europa League clash with Sevilla.
He was eventually ruled out for the remainder of the campaign with a fractured metatarsal.
But the injury has come back to haunt Martinez and United.
