In recent months, the 38-year-old seven-time world champion has been spotted hanging out with a host of his celebrity pals.
From attending Louis Vuitton fashion shows with Kim Kardashian and Pharrell Williams to making movies with Brad Pitt, Hamilton is well-connected.
So well-connected, in fact, he was even backstage for Elton John’s farewell Glastonbury headlining set alongside David Furnish.
It begs the question; is Lewis the most popular sportsman in the world?

It was the hottest ticket in town, but that didn’t stop Hamilton from attending.
As 200,000 music fans enjoyed Elton John’s show-stopping gig at Glastonbury, Hamilton was spotted backstage watching alongside Elton’s husband David Furnish.
Like the Rocketman, Hamilton arrived at the festival by private helicopter.
John is a huge fan of Hamilton’s, toasting him for his success as F1 champ on more than one occasion.

Dinner with De Niro
Earlier this month, Lewis showed he was more than just a wise guy – saddling up next to Goodfellas legend Robert De Niro.
The pair were spotted deep in conversation at dinner at fancy French restaurant Balthazar in New York.
It’s not the first time the pair have met, with the two trading stories a few years before.
Recounting their previous meeting two years ago, Sir Lewis gushed: “I met Robert De Niro the other day and I remember calling my dad afterwards.
“‘Dad, I just met Robert De Niro!’”

Basketball with Di Caprio
Sharing the moniker of ‘Ultimate playboy’, movie star Leo and Lewis also have a penchant for all things green.
Both are on an environmental kick, with the racer swapping his ride for electric motors and the actor being an advocate for climate change.
Back in May, they hung out together at the NBA playoffs watching fellow pal LeBron James and the LA Lakers.
DiCaprio also invested in Hamilton’s food chain Neat Burger.

Fashion week with Kim and Pharrell
Hamilton goes way back with Kim Kardashian and has also been seen knocking around with her ex Kanye West, proving he’s not chosen sides.
Most recently, the Mercedes driver was spotted with enjoying Paris Fashion Week and the Louis Vuitton show with the reality TV beauty.
They were joined by pop star Pharrell Williams, who was showcasing his collection with the fashion giant.
Hamilton has called Pharrell his ‘big brother’ in the past, while his friendship with Kim dates back to 2015 when he was also close to Kendall Jenner.

The movies with Pitt
Striking up a friendship with a bonafide A-list Hollywood legend is something Hamilton’s done quite recently.
He met Brad Pitt at the US Grand Prix last year, with Apple chief Tim Cook.
The two are now putting together an F1 film, with Pitt in the leading role.
Hamilton is heavily involved in producing and help with casting.
However, he has ruled out appearing in it himself.

Bromance with Neymar jr
They’re both in sport, both dress the same, like the same fashion and have a wicked sense of humour.
Neymar and Lewis were seemingly separated at birth and have been firm friends with years, as they’ve rapidly risen in their respective sports.
Famously, they were pictured at a Tommy Hilfiger fashion event in 2017 in London.
The famous pals longstanding bromance recently reared its head at the Monaco Grand Prix.
When Neymar called out for his mate and was blanked, the footage went viral.
Hamilton called him out on social media for it, to which Neymar responded jokingly: “F*** U!” alongside some laughing emojis.

Getting close to Shakira
Maybe more than just friends?
Hamilton and single pop sensation Shakira have been spotted enjoying each other’s company of late.
The pair were seen together at the Spanish Grand Prix, a month after she cheered him on at the Miami Grand Prix and they enjoyed a boat trip after.
It was recently claimed they are now ready to jet off for a romantic holiday to the Caribbean.

Tight with Bieber
They’re friends who like to party together.
In April, Hamilton and his entourage enjoyed the festivities at the Coachella music festival together in California with Justin Bieber.
Their friendship dates back to around 2016, following the Sorry singer’s note congratulating his ‘brother’ for winning the Canadian Grand Prix.
Hamilton was congratulatory himself when he commented on a post Bieber shared Instagram of a Vogue cover alongside wife Hailey Baldwin simply by putting a fire emoji alongside the post.
Neymar has been known to join in on the fun with them too.

And they wanted to meet him…
It’s not just stars from the world of showbiz who are queuing up to be friends with Hamilton.
The sporting world’s finest all made the pilgrimage to see him at the Miami Grand Prix in 2022.
That’s right, legends David Beckham, Michael Jordan, and Tom Brady all posed for a snap with Hamilton.
Brady is Hamilton’s golf partner through the years.
While Becks also invited him to son Brooklyn’s wedding to Nicola Peltz, although he was unable to attend.
Back in January, Jordan offered Hamilton the eye-watering sum of £20million to join his NASCAR team.
