LEICESTER have expressed an interest in signing Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks, according to reports.
The Foxes were relegated to the Championship last month and they are now expected to lose several first team players as a result.

Midfield ace Youri Tielemans has already left the King Power Stadium to join Aston Villa on a free transfer.
And James Maddison, Harvey Barnes and Kelechi Iheanacho are also expected to depart.
New Leicester boss Enzo Maresca, who was appointed earlier this month, has already drawn up a shortlist of potential replacements.
According to The Telegraph, Winks is a top transfer target.
Maresca believes the midfielder has the ability and versatility to become a key part of his squad in the Championship.
Winks, 27, spent last season on loan at Sampdoria after falling out of favour at Tottenham.
The former England international has just one year remaining on his contract with the Lilywhites, but he is expected to leave as part of a major squad overhaul before the 2023-24 campaign kicks off.
Tottenham’s main transfer target this summer is Leicester midfielder Maddison.
