Police sent multiple Notices of Intended Prosecution but he failed to answer every time — resulting in 68 charges of failing to identify the driver.

Both bikes were registered to an Ibis hotel in Romford, Essex.

They were caught on cameras across Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, from March 20 to July 17 last year.

Abdullah, 25, failed to appear at Brighton magistrates court last month.

In his absence, he got six penalty points for each non-disclosure offence, for a total of 408.

Abdullah was also banned from driving for two years and fined £1,000.

The 68 speeding allegations were withdrawn as police could not prove who was driving.
