Despite being alongside two highly regarded ex-pro’s it was Laura that was catching the attention of those watching on from home.
The 36-year-old sported a smart-casual look in some drawstring trousers with a matching grey top and coat.
Iconic commentator Ally McCoist also joined Laura pitchside for a brief chat before kick off.
One fan was delighted at the pairing and wrote: “Laura Woods and Super Ally… what a lineup!”
Woods joined the team at TNT Sports this season and is often seen presenting Premier League and Champions League coverage.
She also works on women’s football, international games, boxing and more for a number of broadcasters.
Woods had her focus on Newcastle’s clash with Man City for today though and there was plenty to talk about.
The game got off to a blistering start with Newcastle seeing an offside goal ruled out after just over a minute.
Before Man City keeper Ederson was substituted with an injury and the game kicked on again.
Woods is no stranger to exciting games though with the presenter regularly dazzling fans with both her presenting skills and outfits.
Most recently she left those watching on at home swooning during ITV’s FA Cup coverage.
