Cops seized CCTV footage of Walker’s drunken antics

It comes just days after CCTV footage emerged of the England star appearing to flash a woman in a bar.

Two officers spoke to bar staff in Cheshire and could interview Walker under caution for indecent exposure, which carries a maximum two-year jail term.

Walker could also be quizzed for outraging public decency, a common law offence that carries an unlimited fine and jail term.

City decided not to punish the defender and he was made available for selection for the trip to Selhurst Park.

Guardiola was also happy to include Walker in his squad and decided to bring him on in the closing stages to see out a vital 1-0 win.

The City boss played down the incident when asked about it in his pre-match press conference.

He said: “This is a private issue.

“We solve it internally. This is not the place to talk about a private situation.”

However Wag Rebekah Vardy, wife of Leicester star Jamie, was much more vocal and launched a scathing attack against Walker’s wife Annie Kilner.

She accused her of “playing the victim” and called her a “doormat”, and suggested Annie had “made up lies” about her in the media.

On Sunday — the day drunken Walker flashed and flirted with two women pals in a bar — Becky, 41, posted on Instagram: “The gift that keeps on giving.”

Becky strongly denied the post had anything to do with Walker or Annie.

But pals said Annie was furious at her rival Becky for “dragging her name through the dirt” amid the England and Man City star’s flashing shame.
