KSI’s fight against Dillon Danis is OFF after American pulls out as YouTuber scrambles to find new opponent

KSI has confirmed Dillon Danis has pulled out of their boxing match – leaving him scrambling to find a new opponent.

The pair were set to fight over six rounds next Saturday at Wembley Arena.

But KSI’s manager Mams Taylor announced the bout has fallen through, on promotion MisFits’ YouTube channel.

KSI himself tweeted: “The show must go on. I’m still fighting January 14th.”

Cracks began to appear when Danis, 29, failed to show up to the pre-fight press conference.

And he later voiced concerns over a rehydration clause which prohibited him from weighing more than 185lb the day after their 177.5 lb weigh-in.

Taylor responded by dropping the clause out of the fight deal but claims Danis never responded.

And he said it was the American’s Paradigm Management stable who informed him Danis was pulling out.

Taylor has confirmed they do have a replacement opponent lined up, like was the case in August.

KSI, 29, was due to fight Alex Wassabi, 32, until his internet rival suffered a concussion and was withdrawn.

Instead, KSI fought TWICE on the same night, beating rapper Swarmz, 25, and Mexican boxer Luis Alcaraz Pineda, 23.

So it is familiar territory for the social media sensation, who is again searching for a new opponent.

KSI tweeted: “2 fights, 2 pullouts.”

Joe Fournier, a 9-0 boxer, is on the undercard against Tony Christodoulou, a former UFC contender.

Fournier, 39, revealed he had an agreement to be Danis’ replacement but it has not been confirmed whether he will do so yet.
