Kim Kardashian calls out sister Kourtney amid Dolce & Gabbana ‘feud’: ‘Diva’

Kim Kardashian has hit out at “diva” sister Kourtney Kardashian, claiming she overreacted about her partnership with Dolce & Gabbana.

In the new episode of The Kardashians, Kim was joined by sister Khloé Kardashian and mum Kris Jenner in Milan, Italy for the launch of her collection with the luxury label.

Prior to the show, Khloé revealed Kourtney’s dismay at Kim’s deal with the brand so soon after her wedding to Travis Barker in 2022. The event was hosted by Dolce & Gabbana.

“Did you see Kourt’s stuff?” she asked Kim, who replied, “No, is she so mad at me? She’s mad at me?”

Khloé clarified that Kourtney was not only “mad” at her but also their mother, and explained her frustration was rooted in feeling a lack of “loyalty” from her sister.

“She’s, it’s crazy … It’s wild. It’s not rational,” the 38-year-old Good American denim founder said.

Kim however, believed she “couldn’t have been more mindful” when arranging the deal.

“This is the first time that I heard Kourtney is upset about us doing the Dolce show,” Kim said in a piece to camera.

“I couldn’t have been more mindful … I said, ‘Don’t do the Madonna collection, don’t do the lace collection, don’t do anything Kourtney wore to her wedding out of respect for Kourtney.'”

Kim said she also “begged” the brand to push the collection back a year to keep Kourtney from getting upset.

“What I realised in this lifetime is that everyone has their own truth of how they think something happened and it’s weird,” she said.

At the table, Kim let her feelings be known as she toasted her mum and sister, declaring, “Cheers to Kim and Dolce & Gabbana. And cheers to Kourtney … to the diva of all divas!”

Earlier in the episode, Kourtney vented to her younger sister Kendall Jenner, explaining how her close relationship with Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce made Kim’s decision hurtful.

“While we were at our wedding, I guess Kim was having these conversations with Dolce that I didn’t know about,” the Poosh founder said.

Crying, she added, “I just feel like there’s… such an abundance of opportunities. Sorry, it just upsets me.”

“I hate that it affects you this badly,” Kendall said.

Kourtney said she felt Kim shouldn’t have made a business venture out of her personal relationship with the brand.

“It’s not about business, there’s so much and it takes precedence over hurting your sister. It’s legit copying my wedding,” she said.

“It’s stupid because it’s a deeper thing that it’s about. It’s grabbing whatever’s in the way. It’s, like, such an abundance, or an excess, it’s never enough, it’s never just OK to not do something, or turn something down because it doesn’t make sense.”
