Katrina Gorry‘s two-year-old daughter has adorably gatecrashed the Matildas post-game press conference at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium.
The Aussies booked their spot at Paris 2024 with a 10-0 victory over Uzbekistan on Wednesday night to qualify for the Olympic Games.
As Alanna Kennedy waited to chat to the media, young Harper Ollie didn’t want to leave the desk – putting down her Taylor Swift-esque friendship bracelets on the table.

After some prodding from mum, the toddler politely got up to the mic to say “bye bye” before sitting back down.
Gorry then giggled before carrying away her daughter, who was wearing a yellow team jersey.

Kennedy waved them off, saying, “Bye Harps”.
“Byyyyeee,” the little one replied.
The Matildas shared the sweet moment on social media, along with some other heartwarming moments after the massive win for the Aussie ladies.
“Crashing Lani’s press conference,” they captioned the short clip, tagging Gorry.
Gorry, who is engaged to footballer Clara Markstedt, announced last November that their family would be growing, with Markstedt pregnant with their second child.

The joint social media post by both footballers included family photos of the trio, with ultrasounds in hand, and their dog getting involved too.
“Adding more love to our love story,” they captioned the post.
Then in a December gender reveal post, they announced they are expecting a son.

“I guess we are BOY mums now,” the caption said.
Gorry and 34-year-old former Swedish forward Markstedt, who have been together since May 2022, announced their engagement in June 2023.
They are planning to get married on Hamilton Island in 2025.
