Jennifer Lopez’s wildly romantic tribute to Ben Affleck on first wedding anniversary

J.Lo and Ben Affleck are reflecting on a year of marriage.

Lopez has celebrated the first anniversary of the couple’s lavish wedding by posting unseen pictures from the happy day, and revealing she has written a song for her beau.

“One year ago today,” the 54-year-old singer and actress wrote.

Affleck and Lopez first eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022, then celebrated once again with the second ceremony held on August 20, 2022 at their estate outside of Savannah, Georgia.

In her tribute, Lopez revealed some of the lyrics to her new song Dear Ben Part II from her upcoming album This Is Me…Now.

“Dear Ben/Sitting here alone/Looking at my ring ring/Feeling overwhelmed,” the caption reads.

“It makes me wanna sing sing/How did we end up here/Without a rewind/Oh my/This is my life…”

The new song, which Lopez teased in the post, will act as a part two to Lopez’s track Dear Ben from her 2002 record This is Me…Then.

The pair were famously engaged, then split for almost 20 years before they reunited and subsequently married.

She added the hashtags #DearBenPartII #ThisIsMeNow.

Lopez also shared unseen pictures from the pair’s nuptials, showing the singer being carried by Affleck while wearing her wedding dress, which featured short, billowing sleeves.

In the second snap, the newlyweds share a kiss under a wooden arch underneath an array of fireworks.

This time, Lopez has undergone a costume change, wearing another white dress featuring a plunging neckline and decked with pearls.

The Instagram post comes less than a week after Lopez wished her husband a happy birthday on on August 15. The singer posted a with a video of Affleck driving and belting out Sam Cooke’s What A Wonderful World.
