Jamie Lynn Spears poses with her teen daughter for school milestone: ‘They grow up on us’

Jamie Lynn Spears is celebrating a special milestone with her teen daughter Maddie.

The Zoey 101 star, who is the sister of Britney Spears, shared some snaps with her 15-year-old daughter who was all dressed up to go to prom.

In one heartwarming pic, Spears, 33, posed between her teen daughter, who looked all grown up in a stunning pic formal gown, and her date.

“very busy weekend w/ my 2 fav girls. mama is tired,” Spears captioned the Instagram pics.

“Many more pics to share after I catch my breath, and wrap my head around how fast they grow up on us💔🤍👯‍♀️.”

Standing next to her mini-me daughter, Spears matched in a pink t-shirt and cap while Maddie’s date wore a coordinated hot pink tie.

The comments on the post were limited by Spears, though some of her friends left some sweet messages saying how “gorgeous” her daughter looked.

The Sweet Magnolias star also shared heartwarming pics of her six-year-old daughter Ivey Joan from over the weekend, including one of her two daughters hugging.

Spears shares Maddie with her ex partner Casey Aldridge and Ivey with her husband Jamie Watson, who she married in 2014. 

The American actress was just 16 when she fell pregnant with her oldest daughter in 2007.

The mother-of-two also appeared to celebrate her youngest daughter’s sixth birthday, which is on April 11, with an American Girl doll themed party.

Maddie and Ivey adorably posed together at the party in front of a sparkly pink ‘happy birthday’ backdrop with lots of balloons.

“Happy 6th Birthday IVEY🎈6 years of pure JOY & laughter🎀🤍” Spears wrote in a separate Instagram post to mark her daughter’s birthday.

The former Nickelodeon star is the younger sister of pop star Britney Spears, who she has had a publicly estranged relationship with in recent years.

In 2021, the Toxic singer called her sister out on social media for not showing support throughout her 13-year conservatorship, which was managed by their father.
