The mobile network last went down for hundreds of customers on May 16.
It suffered an outage with some customers struggling to get any phone signal at all.
Others saw their mobile internet go down completely leaving them unable to get online.

If you are one of potentially thousands who has been caught out by an outage, you can check the status of your broadband and mobile services online.
Below we explain how you can complain and apply for compensation if the issues are ongoing.
Is Sky Mobile experiencing issues?
Sky Mobile went down today with reports of outages across the country.
The issues started just before 2pm this afternoon, with over 1,961 reported issues at its peak, according to Downdetector, which measures outages.
Frustrated customers have been taking to Twitter this afternoon to complain about the outage.
Among the most reported locations include London, Glasgow and Manchester.
A Sky Mobile spokesperson said at the time: “We are aware of an issue impacting some Sky Mobile customers.
“We’re working to get this resolved as soon as possible.”
The last time the network went down was in January 2022 when more than 300 customers reported not having phone signal.
Before that in 2018, Sky and O2 mobile customers across the UK were unable to use their handsets after a power outage caused by Storm Ali.
How do I check the Sky Mobile service status in my area?
Sky Mobile has a dedicated web page where you can find out if there are any problems in your area.
You can visit the Service Status area of the website to check for yourself.
Simply click on the mobile option and enter your postcode.
It will then tell you if there is any planned maintenance or ongoing issues where you are.
How can I contact Sky Mobile?
There are several ways to get in touch with Sky Mobile.
See the websites’ contact page for how to get in touch with the network provider.
You can also speak to the firm via its live chat service.
If you still want to complain to Sky about an issue with your mobile connection, you can via do so via landline, post or online.
Am I entitled to compensation?
You may be entitled to compensation if you have suffered issues with your internet, call or mobile services.
Internet firms usually pay out £8 for each day broadband and home phone services are not repaired after two full days of no service.
They will also pay £25 for each missed appointment, or for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Plus, you’ll get £5 for each calendar day delay to the start of the new service. This is usually automatic.
If you’re a mobile customer and you suffer from a lack of service then depending on the circumstance you may be entitled to a refund or account credit.
We have approached Sky to find out if customers can expect a refund of any kind.
If you’re without service for a sustained period of time then you may also have the right to leave without incurring a fee, although neither of these are automatic – you will need to ask your provider.
If your problem is still unresolved after eight weeks, you can complain to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
