THOUSANDS have spotted an issue with ParentPay as families struggle to make payments.
The cash app allows parents to pay for their primary and secondary school kids – anything from clubs to uniforms.

You can either make payments using your debit or credit card, or you can make a quick transaction if you already have a Parent Account.
The app can also be used by students to upload credit themselves and use the account to buy their school dinners.
But the app may be down this morning.
On Twitter, one parent commented: “I am unable to log in at the moment. It says “Oops! Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working to fix it. Please try again later.””
Another posted a photo of the home screen, which had crashed, writing: “have just tried to add a payment instead of completing the transaction, this is what I got.”
Normally, to find out what your balance is, you simply need to logon to your ParentPay account via its website and your balance should appear in the top right-hand corner.
The Sun has reached out to ParentPay for comment and we will update when we know more.
