PEOPLE are apparently having problems sending photos via Facebook Messenger.
Reports of an issue started to appear around 11am UK time.

Why is Facebook Messenger not working?
Facebook Messenger some users have reported that the app isn’t working at all, while others are having trouble with some features.
A spike in reports was picked up by Down Detector at around 11am UK time.
It’s not clear why the issue has happened.
But it comes Facebook launched its brand new Threads app.
Users were quick to complain about the issue on Twitter.
How have users responded?
Some users have claimed that the app was not responding.
But others have said they simply can’t send photos.
An error message appears, reading: “Couldn’t send.”
“omfg messenger is down again I WANTED TO SEND A VIDEO OF MY CAT,” one user said.
“for those wondering, Facebook messenger is down for some and blocks you from sending photos it just says didn’t send,” another added.
How can I check if the problem is widespread?
