In the early days of his WWE run, he stood at an incredible seven feet and weighed a staggering 220kg.
And he had to eat a Herculean amount of food in order to maintain his hulking physique.
He told talkSPORT: “My calorie intake back in the day – but I understand it was a lot of empty bad calories – I just used to eat whatever I wanted in massive amounts.
“I’d probably somewhere [between] 13,000 and 18,000 calories a day.”
McDonald’s used to be Wight’s usual port of call for mammoth meals, which would sometimes consist of FIVE burgers.
He continued: “You’d get Big Macs and I’d get three or four Big Macs and then I’d get fries and then I’d get a shake and I’d get apple pies and probably a fifth sandwich too.
“It was nothing. I’d go to Taco Bell and get like 20 tacos.”
Wrestling fans were quick to comment on Wight’s old diet, with one tweeting: “Unit.”

“His hands to this day are the biggest I’ve ever seen.”
LIFESTYLE CHANGE
Wight – who experienced accelerated growth as a child due to an endocrine issue – underwent a dramatic body transformation in 2017, getting in the best shape of his life by dropping an incredible 60kg.
He said of his lifestyle changes: “You can do that when you’re younger and you’re still going to be big.
“But as you get older you realise, ‘Ah, well. I can’t really eat like that any more.
“Now, I kind of feel like I eat amounts.
“I eat have about ten ounces of protein, I have a small portion of carbs and some veg.
“I try to eat halfway decent.”
Wight left the WWE in 2021 after 22 years in Vince McMahon‘s promotion, a stint in which he won the WWF/E title and World Heavyweight Championship.
That paved the way for a move to AEW, where he now serves as both a commentator and an active wrestler.
