The 22,000-square-foot venue covers almost an entire city block in Manhattan.

It will feature four Full Swing golf simulators, four bowling lanes, dining areas, and over 35 television screens.

The social space, built in partnership with Nexus Luxury Collection and 8AM Golf, will also boast a 200-inch television, the largest indoor screen in New York City.

“The idea for T-Squared Social came to us during a round of golf at Albany, our development in The Bahamas,” Woods said.

“Justin and I thought it would be cool to create a place that combines our favorite things and brings people together to just have a great time.

“We always knew we wanted to do something together.”

The name T-Squared pays homage to the ‘Ts’ in Tiger and Timberlake.

With soaring 24-foot open ceilings, T-Squared has multiple low- and high-top tables, a variety of plush lounge areas, and reservation-only luxury ‘Box Seats’ featuring 11 four-top tables.

There is also a 12-seat “Vault” room available for private dining and events.

Personal touches from the joint owners including large-format glossy photographs of Woods on the golf course and Timberlake in concert adorning the walls.

There are also customized golf bags inscribed with their names, and a selection of branded merchandise and coasters etched with their signatures.

Timberlake, an avid golf fan, invested in 8AM Golf in 2020.
