Will papers reveal he left almost all to his three children, with smaller bequests to his brother, niece and nephew – but he left out his ex-wife Simone Callahan.

Jackson, Brooke and Summer Warne will each receive 31 per cent of his fortune.

The rest has been allocated to his niece Tyla and nephew Sebastian, who got 2.5 percent, and his brother Jason, who received 2 per cent.

Warne’s vehicle collection, valued around £215,000, included a Yamaha motorbike, a BMW and his prized Mercedes which were left to his son Jackson.

His estate included the luxury home he was building in Portsea, Victoria, worth around £3.5million.

His family had already sold his lavish flat in Melbourne, worth £5.7million, after his sudden death.

The luxury flat featured private catering, a wine director, personal stylists, childcare, car washing, laundry services and housekeeping.

There was also a gold-class private cinema and whopping 3000-bottle wine cellar.

Shane had plans to build a massive resort-style mansion in Portsea before he passed.

The sprawling mansion would have boasted a gym, theatre, games room, library, bowling alley, jet ski garage, three car garage, wine cellar and observation deck.

There were also plans for a four-bedroom guest wing to be built around a pool.

The Aussie cricketer passed away with roughly £3million in his primary bank account.

The sportsman also had nearly £300,000 in an HSBC bank account and a whopping £2million invested in various shares.

The cricket legend died of a suspected heart attack while on vacation in Thailand in early 2022.

Pals tried to resuscitate him in vain after he was discovered unresponsive in a luxury Thai villa.

More than 50,000 people attended a state funeral at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, where his friends and family gave emotional speeches about their father, brother and good friend.

His funeral service had an estimated 300million tune in from India alone, having also been broadcast to hundreds of millions in Pakistan, Bangladesh and the UK.

Shane’s heartbroken son Jackson said of his dad at the funeral: “I know you’re watching over me. I miss you so much dad.

“I love you up to the sky and back and I will see you soon.”

He was buried just south of Melbourne later that month, leaving a massive personal estate and wealth to be divided among his family.

Shane notably left out ex-wife Simone Callahan from his will, after the pair split in 2005 after ten years of marriage.
