I’m a Six Nations star with a hipster side hustle – my team-mates love it and it’s the perfect pick-me-up

TOM ROGERS is hoping to star for Wales at the Six Nations this weekend.

But the flying winger also has a coffee business side hustle which his teammates absolutely love.

Rogers, 25, is desperate to add to his three Wales caps when the Red Dragons host Scotland in Saturday’s Six Nations battle.

The Scarlets ace has already played against England and South Africa in the past six months.

And he has helped himself to two tries in 10 games for his club side this season.

Rogers could now line up on the flank for Warren Gatland’s men this weekend.

And he is sure to be fuelled for the occasion by his incredible side hipster side hustle.

Because unbeknownst to many, Rogers also runs his own mobile coffee shop.

Rogers opened the business in January 2019 after converting an old horsebox.

And Y Bocs Coffi – Welsh for ‘The Coffee Box’ – has been perking up his Scarlets teammates ever since.

Speaking in December 2020, Rogers told the WRU: “I started the business around January of last year.

“We picked up a run-down old horsebox from Cardiff, stripped it all out and started from scratch.

“My sister and brother-in-law have a gin trailer, so I wanted to do something similar with coffee.

“I’d also noticed how all the Scarlets boys love their coffee, so it seemed like a good idea.

“It’s nice to bring the box in and get the boys back together.”
