A MOTORS expert has revealed the three reasons why he hates Tesla electric cars.
The expert owns a 2021 Tesla Model Y Long Range – which costs around £54,990 in the UK.

But, he posted a video on TikTok discussing the drawbacks of owning a car from the U.S. firm.
He started by saying: “The glove box is really sleek looking, but there’s no button to open it.
“I have to open the car’s control and click the glove box. It would be way simpler if this just had a physical button.
“The rearview mirror on this car is just terrible, the frunk is awesome, but I just wish it automatically opens and closes like the rear boot.
“Both the Rivian R1T and Ford Lightning have a power front. Why can’t Tesla have one?”
A frunk is a covered space in the front of a car, most often found in electric vehicles, where items can be carried or stored.
The video has had 76,800 views on TikTok – and 76 comments.
But most users disagree with the poster.
One said: “I disagree. Use Voice command. The rearview is good. I never use the frunk anyway.”
Another said: “Then buy the Ford Lightning.”
While a third pointed out: “Push the button on the steering wheel and say, ‘open glovebox’.”
