A flat mop allowed her to access hard-to-reach parts of the motorTikTok/@maizimmy

In the clip, she walked viewers through a full once-over of her motor’s interior to demonstrate her advice.

Her first neat trick was to place a cloth over the head of a flat mop and use it to wipe down the inside of the windscreen.

This allowed to her to get at the very bottom of the screen where it merges into the bonnet, which is usually awkward to reach.

Mai then used a handheld cloth and cleaning spray to wipe down all the surfaces inside the car.

However, it was her next move that revealed her special hack.

After removing all the tissues, phone charges and other debris from the glove compartment and cup holder, she used a ball of car slime to soak up all the small crumbs and patches of dust in them and on the dashboard.

It even managed to pull them out of the space between the small buttons on the dash.

Stubborn crumbs and small crumbs of dirt were no match for the absorbent power of the slime.

Perhaps best of all, it’s only a pound online, making cleaning out the nooks and crannies of your car cheaper and easier than ever.

Finally, Mai hoovered down the footwells of the seats to clear up any last mess.

She captioned the video: “Love the satisfaction of a clean space but don’t like the cleaning process, so share any time-saving hacks you have.”

Social media users took to the comments to share their amazement.

One wrote: “This is my reminder it’s time to clean.”

Another begged: “Please do more car cleaning videos.”

A third added: “I need that slime.”
