A 7-FOOT-2 bodybuilder dubbed “The Dutch Giant” has revealed his shocking transformation.
Olivier Richters refers to himself as the “tallest actor and bodybuilder in the world” on his Instagram profile.

The bodybuilder, 33, previously shared with Good Morning Britain that by the time he was 14 years old, he had already hit 6-foot-6.
Richters hit his full 7-foot-2 height by age 19.
In 2018, Richters revealed that within just eight years, he had gained 154 pounds of muscle mass.
He shared how he made it happen in a video posted to his website.
To achieve his current weight of 330 pounds, Richters said he had to get his metabolism up.
He starts his days with a shake, and then ate six eggs, oats, and protein.
Richters said that breakfast is his biggest meal of the day.
He eats every 2-3 hours, totaling about seven meals per day.
The bodybuilder works out for one hour towards the end of his day, and on a full stomach.
But he doesn’t work out every single day.
Richters follows an every other day schedule to give his muscles more time to repair between workouts.
As far as his height is concerned, Richters said he has adjusted to a world which isn’t well-suited for him.
“Even in the biggest gyms, I still experience tall people problems,” he said in the video.
“It just requires me to be more creative.
“You can build so much more weight and strength on a bigger frame. It takes more time and everything,” Richters continued.
“Eventually my goal isn’t to be the strongest.
“I perform the sport bodybuilding so I want to look good in the mirror.
“It gave me much more confidence.”
But Richters said that his transformation has afforded him more opportunities within the film industry.
His film credits include Black Widow and The King’s Man, both of which came out in 2021.
Richters will appear in the forthcoming Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, as well as other projects.
“I think I made it into a gift instead of a curse.”
