A MUM has told she lives in a “sports fan’s paradise” as she can watch major racing events while sitting on her toilet.
Roz Delord, 61, lives right next to Kempton Park – the home of Boxing Day horse racing.

Thousands of fans from up and down the UK pack the stands every year for the blockbuster King George race.
But lucky locals in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, don’t even have to leave their homes to watch the action.
Roz, from Hertfordshire, is even able to catch a glimpse of the famous races from her bathroom.
She told The Sun: “If we have the bathroom door open upstairs, we could actually sit on the toilet and see a bit of the racing.
“On Boxing Day the leaves are off the trees, so you can see them come round. Not in the summer, but Boxing Day is the biggest race.
“You can also see them parade towards the paddock. From any of the top windows you can see the jockeys on top of the horses.”
Boxing Day is the biggest day of the year for horse racing – with 76 contests taking place in a little over five hours this year in the UK and Ireland.
Tony Henning, who is in his 80s, has also lived opposite the racecourse for 46 years.
He said: “It’s nice living next to the track, especially in the summer evenings when they have the horse racing on. With all the lights, it’s quite atmospheric.
“We have a view over the racecourse from our property, but we don’t watch the races very often.”
The retired business owner continued: “During Christmas when they have the big race on – George VI – all the roads are crowded and the traffic is held up in quite a nice, funny sort of way.
“Sometimes I’ve been over the road to watch it through the gate or fence. You can actually see the horses thunder by. The big race goes right by here on the outer track.”
His wife Maureen, a former BA stewardess, added: “We can see the races from our bedroom window.”
It comes after locals who live next door to Aintree Racecourse have revealed how they dread this time of year – and the drastic action they have to take against the race-going rabble.
Residents have said they have found bottles and bags full of wee stashed in their gardens by Grand National punters.
Meanwhile people who live by the Royal Ascot racecourse say they’ve endured “p****d-up” revellers urinating on their properties, defecating on doorsteps, and brazenly snorting cocaine off walls.
Others complain the issues stretch beyond the five days of the event, claiming the noise of preparing the venue goes on for weeks and litter left behind afterwards attracts vermin.
