The Somerset teen hit the headlines seven years ago when he made £2million from his first property deal.
Harvey bought three acres of land for £40,000 from a £100,000 profit he made selling road tax reminders.
He had planned to launch a glamping site for upmarket campers — but then got the huge offer.
The land was needed for a housing development and he sold the plot for £2m making him and his bank manager very happy.
Today Harvey is leaping into a new challenge – he is taking his dad’s group of companies Howard SW Ltd.
And, he says, he already has an A-list celebrity as a client – Tom Hardy.
Harvey told The Sun: “I was looking at a career in the police but I don’t think I will be following that route.
“I think there’s so much more money to be made from a career in business.
“Although I did a public services management course at the local college, I gradually knew that it wasn’t really for me.
“I want to use my entrepreneurial skills to make money and that’s why my dad’s business is being signed over to me.”
Harvey’s dad, Howard, has recently been diagnosed with early-onset dementia and believes his son will be able to grow the family business.
Howard, 55, said: “I’ve no concern about Harvey taking over the companies – he has already shown he is capable of making good business decisions.
“I may not be able to run the business for much longer so it was the right time to hand over to Harvey and I’m looking forward to seeing what direction the company takes.”
Harvey, from Taunton, will take over the reins of running the company his dad founded in 1997 next month.
Harvey added: “I’ve seen what dad has done over the years and I admire what he has achieved but now it’s my turn and I want to make the business even more successful.
“I have already started to add more companies to the group when I set up a toy business.

“And one of our first clients was actor Tom Hardy and his partner Charlotte who wanted two go-karts for their children.
“It’s like any business really. Find a gap in the market, avoid unnecessary costs and don’t be put off by obstacles in your way.
“That has been my mantra from when I was young and they’ve stood me in good stead.”
Harvey already has the trappings of the tycoon – driving around in a £60,000 Mercedes AMG convertible car complete with personalised plates.
Cars are his passion but he admits to rarely going out drinking and clubbing like many of his contemporaries.
He said: “I like to make money and not spend it – some may call me boring but that’s what I enjoy doing.
“There is no doubt that having made money at such a young age was helpful.
“I’m sure that without a couple of million in the bank it would be a bit different.
“But my dad has brought me up to work hard if I want to get on in life and that’s what I intend to do.”
