I look ten years younger and I’m 5st lighter – all I did was make one simple diet changes every day

A MAN has claimed he looks and feels a decade younger after making one simple diet change.

Ross Macfarlane, 34, shed five stone after switching up his high calorie breakfasts for three boiled eggs.

“I’m told I look 10 years younger and I definitely feel it too,” Ross, an IT manager said.

The Edinburgh-based man had tried and failed several crash diets in the past as he wanted to lose weight after being told he had high cholesterol and blood pressure in August 2021.

At the time Ross would indulge in sugary breakfasts, consisting of a syrup latte and pastries, which would actually leave him hungry.

“I would needed to snack on chocolate or crisps by 11am, which totally threw me off for the rest of the day,” he explained.

After switching the processed brekies with three eggs he started feeling “more full” throughout the day and was “less likely to crave snacks and junk food,” he explained.

Eggs are rich in protein with which has a multitude of benefits, not least that it can keep you full which can help with weight loss. 

There’s even research to show how eating eggs for breakfast could help limit your calorie intake throughout the day by more than 400 calories.

This healthier lifestyle triggered small weight-loss results which gave Ross the momentum he needed to make more changes, like going to the gym.

Since his weight-loss journey began, Ross has discovered a “new found passion for fitness and all-round healthy living,” he said.

“As for the rest of meals, I just make smart choices and limit junk foods to very special occasions,” he added.

Ross shared his body transformation on TikTok, which saw him go from 18 stone 8lbs to around 13 stone.

While the post proved hugely popular, viewers couldn’t resist a few jokes.

One person commented: “I know my boy was farting wild.”

“So a lot of farting will help me lose weight?” another user joked.

“That is eggcellent,” another fan joked.

While many people people are happy in the skin they’re in and are embracing their bodies, others might want to change their appearance for health reasons.

And fair enough.
