Posting a video on TikTok, Julia gave a short tour of her van life.
She started the video by telling about her Ford motor and how much she paid to buy it.
The TikToker revealed the model of her van is equipped with all-wheel drive, which makes it a bit costly.
Julia said: “My van is a 2020 Ford Transit, it has an all-wheel-drive system so it is a bit pricey.
“I bought it for $40,000.”
As she entered her motorhome, she told her audience she designed the interior of the van herself.
In a quick tour, she showed all the clever amenities she had designed to make her van life easy.
Julia explained: “Starting with my kitchen, I have a three burner stove and an oven along with a small fridge and pantry storage.
“There is also a trash can and a deep sink to do all the dishes.”
Hopping to the rear section of her van, Julia showed the full-blown wardrobe with ample storage space, as well as a full-length mirror.
She explained how she also managed to carve out a place for her little cat – and even made a litter home for the pet.
And then she revealed her tiny bedroom at the back of the van.
The sleeping area had a double bed along with lots of pillows and soft toys.
She even built a small bookshelf at the top of her bed – and put some plants to make the space more lively.
But Julia explained she does not have a bathroom in her van, but has a small foldable toilet that she keeps under the bed.
At the end of the video, the van owner said on top of the price of the Ford van she paid some $9000 to transform the van into a home on wheels.
She said: “The total cost of my van is just under $50,000.”
Julia’s followers, however, think she made a mistake spending so much money to live without a bathroom.
One of her followers said: “It is cute but too expensive for living without a washroom.”
Another wrote: “Everything is OK but no washroom sounds like a bad deal.”
A third said: “You could have built a really nice camper for far less.”
Meanwhile, a woman has revealed she and her boyfriend moved into a camper van to beat the increasing cost of living.
Ana, 23, from Virginia, said she is “thriving” after choosing a low-cost lifestyle in their tiny little home.
She and her boyfriend Jake, 25, together pay only £293 each month to live inside the camper.
She revealed they chose to live in a van because the rental market was getting crazy – and living a lost-cost lifestyle made much more sense than getting a house.
Ana, who goes by @camperparkprinces on TikTok said in a video: “It just made so much sense to buy this, I mean the payment is literally £293.
“And my boyfriend and I can split that so it’s like $180 a person. So, we are thriving.”
Another man revealed how he converted a 15-year-old hatchback he bought on eBay for £650 into a cosy micro-camper.
And a couple converted a double-decker bus into a home to live in after being unable to afford a house – and they have big plans for it.
