I found this classic Rolls-Royce worth thousands left to rot outside an abandoned mansion… it had moss growing out of it

A STUNNING Rolls-Royce found parked outside an abandoned mansion has seemingly been left to rot.

Petrolhead TJ Lamb of the TikTok page MagnaCars made the awesome discovery in his home city of Aukland, New Zealand.

In a post he uploaded to the social media site, TJ showed viewers a creepy abandoned mansion worth $2.5 million – roughly £1.2 million – with a classic Rolls-Royce parked outside.

A quick online registration check confirms the motor to be a 1973 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow – which can fetch thousands at classic car auctions as a much-loved collectible.

In the clip, TJ explains: “On the way home yesterday, I noticed this Rolls-Royce parked down the street from my cousin’s house, so I decided to walk over.

“I really hope that I can meet the owner and maybe he can give me some advice on fixing my car.”

TJ himself ownes a vintage Silver Shadow, and often shows off his beloved Roller on his social media channels.

However, despite wanting to meet the owner, the TikTok star doesn’t get an answer when he later goes to knock on the mansion’s door.

A quick look inside the building suggests it’s been long-abandoned, with an old mattress seemingly left in the hallway.

In an update, TJ says: “It turns out the entire property has been left to rot and the Rolls Royce has been off the road since 2018.

“And unfortunately the car is not worth saving, it is absolutely rotted through.”

Indeed, it appears to be covered in moss and mould – irreversibly damagaing the motor’s exterior.

The Rolls-Royce isn’t the only luxury we’ve seen abandoned recently, as an ultra-rare Aston Martin hatchback has been found left by a main road – with even its number plate ‘worth a fortune’.

Meanwhile, a Jaguar E-Type that was “left in a barn” for nearly 50 years after a crash has sold for a bargain price – and it could be worth much more.
