A GIRL who dropped out of uni to live the “Below Deck” dream has revealed some of the crazy requests she’s had to put up with from millionaires.
Brooke Ransome, 19, decided to ditch the traditional route most teens take, and started earning money in bars and dance schools to fund a three-week deck steward training course.

The teen said it’s very similar to Below Deck
Shortly after she secured the money, Brooke flew to Palma, Mallorca, and handed out copies of her CV in dockyards in an attempt to line up a job.
The Newcastle lass successfully bagged a stewardess gig on a luxury 252ft superyacht in Equatorial Guinea.
And four months on from that, Brooke jumped ship to join a different yacht crew – touring the Med – stopping in France, Italy, Monaco and Greece.
That’s when she started having to live up to wild expectations – but was earning £3,000 plus tips for the privilege.
Brooke explained that one extravagant guest wanted on banana delivered every morning for breakfast, which had to be on a “silver platter”.
She told LancsLive: “There can’t be any specs of dust anywhere, and I had to take pictures of things like glass panels as soon as I’d cleaned them, so my boss could make sure it was done to a high standard.
“Every drinking glass has to be handled with gloves – we even had one guest who liked a banana every morning for his breakfast, and it had to be delivered to him on a silver platter.”
And Brooke also revealed how life on the boat is similar to hit TV show Below Deck.
The Bravo show follows the lives of crew members on a super yachts as they set sail on different charters and serve rich guests.
Brooke added: “I want to say it’s not – but it is quite similar [to Below Deck].
“I can’t say too much, but you get a lot of people trying to climb up on the boat and let’s just say there’s huge variety in crew – the drama can be so similar!”
Brooke is currently back in the north of England while she looks for the next sailing season.
