I changed my diet and started eating properly everyday and it gave me a ‘free boob job’

A WOMAN took to TikTok to show off her new, fuller bust.

But her noticeably bigger boobs weren’t achieved by going under the knife, Becca Hewitt claimed.

Becca Hewitt, pictured, said she not eating enough meant she lost her boobsBecca Hewitt

She claimed to have achieved her fuller bust by eating three meals a day and having more proteinBecca Hewitt

Instead, the TikToker said she’d managed to grow her chest just by eating better.

“Eating properly gave me a free boob job,” Becca wrote on her video, which so far has over 500,000 views.

She cut from a shot of her standing in front of a bathroom mirror in a black bikini to her posing in a sports bra and white work-out shorts.

The two videos were taken nine months apart, she explained in the comment section, in which time she gained a stone.

Her comments were flooded with user asking how she achieved her DIY ‘boob job‘.

“Honestly just making sure I’m eating three meals a day instead of snacking on rubbish and missing meals,” was Becca’s response.

She explained that of course there was ‘noting wrong with snacking’.

But she said depriving herself of meals after snacking on ‘rubbish’ was the reason she lost so much weight and dropped a few cup sizes.

Becca said she’d switched to consuming more protein in her meals and snacks, which had helped her regain a stone and get bigger boobs in the process.

Becca acknowledged that her birth control pills might have played a part.

But she commented: “I’ve been on the same birth control for two years.”

She explained how the in the first video – dated about nine months ago – she was ‘so underweight’ she’d ‘lost’ her boobs, despite being on the pill.

Becca also said her weight tends to fluctuate according to ‘what time of the month it is’.

Though some seemed to doubt the results were natural, one user commented: “The key to being in shape and looking good is to EAT y’all.”

It’s worth noting that not everyone will gain weight so selectively.

But there are a few things you can do to make sure you’re nourishing your body and eating and eating a balanced and healthy diet.

Just as Becca did, it’s important to incorporate protein in your meals by eating beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat, NHS guidance says.

You should also be eating at least 5 portions of fruit and veggies a day, aiming to consume a variety, the guidance added.

Higher fibre starchy foods like potatoes, bread, rice or pasta are integral to a balanced diet, as is dairy or dairy alternatives.
