Hulk Hogan teases stunning WWE Royal Rumble return aged 70 as wrestling legend hints at comeback after over a decade

HULK HOGAN has sensationally teased an imminent return to the WWE.

Hogan hasn’t competed in wrestling’s top promotion in nearly 20 YEARS, although the icon has made a handful of cameo appearances.

And the ‘Rocky III’ star has teased a shock return at this weekend’s Royal Rumble in St Petersburg, Florida at the ripe old age of 70.

In a video package promoting the iconic 30-man and 30-woman battle royales, ‘The Hulkster’ said: “The wildcard factor.

“You never know who’s going to show up. You never know, I might have one left in me.”

Hogan’s teasing of a comeback sent wrestling fans wild, with one writing on X: “40 years of The Hulkster! I love this Man!”

Another said: “Hell yeah, brother.”

And another said: “I will be watching.”

One remarked: “Hulk Hogan vs Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40….I’d watch that.”

Another chimed in: “He’s winning the rumble isn’t he?”

Several fans, however, were quick to express fears over a potential return for the iconic wrestler, who has had TEN back surgeries as a result of his gruelling career.

One said: “We don’t need to see this.”

Another said: “JUST STOP MAN. WE DON’T WANT TO SEE YOU ON THE MIC, LET ALONE THE RING

And another said: “That time is gone, Hogan. Surgery after surgery after surgery and controversy.

“No need to get in that ring again.”

Hogan’s last WWE match took place at SummerSlam in 2006, where he was defeated by Randy Orton.

His last general ring appearance came back in 2012 while he was competing under the TNA banner.
