TNT Sports will show 52 matches per season between 2025 and 2029Rex

Sky will now show a staggering 70 per cent more matches than they currently do.

Their live offering will include 140 weekend matches, in addition to Friday and Monday night offerings.

They will now be able to show multiple matches at the same time during the 2pm Sunday slot.

And three mid-week rounds will also be shown on Sky.

In a Premier League first, Sky Sports will show all 10 final day matches.

The Saturday 12:30pm kick-off slot will remain on TNT Sports.

TNT will also broadcast two mid-week rounds of fixtures, taking their total tally of games to 52.

The Premier League’s total UK TV deal is now worth a staggering £6.7bn.

This represents a four per cent increase from its current deal.

Amazon Prime Video won rights to show Boxing Day fixtures as well as a further mid-week round of games in the last UK rights auction.

But they have not won any of the five broadcast packages this time around.

The BBC will remain the home of Premier League highlights, with Match of the Day set to remain on free-to-air telly until 2029.
