After weeks of back and forth, the German champions have finally agreed a £94.5million deal for the 30-year-old.
Kane’s imminent departure will leave an irreplaceable void in Spurs’ starting XI.
New manager Ange Postecoglou now has the unenviable task of filling the goalscoring chasm which will soon be left by Kane.
And with the new season just days away, Tottenham could be forced into a late reshuffle of the pack.
A host of new signings are expected to start at the Gtech Community Stadium, including new stopper Guglielmo Vicario – who was brought in to replace skipper Hugo Lloris.
Emerson Royal is likely to play at right back along with a new centre-back pairing of Cristian Romero and summer signing Micky Van de Ven.
New boy Destiny Udogie, meanwhile, will be in contention to start at left-back.
Postecoglou could opt to have marquee summer signing James Maddison at the front of a midfield three including Yves Bissouma and Pape Sarr.

SUNSPORTHow Tottenham could line up without Harry Kane[/caption]
The post-Kane strikeforce will likely be a front three, which could include yet another new face.
Spurs are currently keen on signing Nottingham Forest‘s Brennan Johnson and he could very well be part of their future starting XIs should they secure his services.
The task of replacing Kane will likely fall on the shoulders of Richarlison, who endured a nightmare debut season at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Even if he does find his scoring boots, the Brazilian will likely be reliant on Son Heung-Min – who will likely operate on the left of a front three – to lighten the load.
SunSport’s predicted Tottenham XI to face Brentford: Vicario; Emerson, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Bissouma, Sarr, Maddison; Johnson, Richarlison, Son
