A new video of Madonna talking to the crowd at her California concert is going viral on social media due to an awkward gaffe.
The pop icon, 65, paused her show to ask a concertgoer why they weren’t standing while she was performing, before she quickly realised they were in a wheelchair.
”What are you doing sitting down over there? What are you doing sitting down?” Madonna asked the fan in a video shared on TikTok.

“She did not apologise enough,” one TikTok user commented underneath the post.
‘”Politically incorrect” oh my days Madonna,” another added.
”Madonna literally been in this business long enough to know 🙄 that was crazy,” one viewer said, while another added: “How dare she 😳.”
It comes after Madonna opened up about her health scare last year, which saw her wake up from a four-day induced coma after being hospitalised for a ”serious bacterial infection”.
People reports the music icon, 65, was performing in Los Angeles recently when she revealed the very first word she said after waking up from the coma was “no”.
“I’m pretty sure that was God saying to me, ‘Do you want to come? Want to come up with me? No,'” she said, reportedly drawing laughter from the crowd.

Talking about the tour, she said: “It’s hard on me emotionally because I’m really telling you the story of my life.”
But she added: “I’ve fallen off a lot of horses and broken a lot of bones… but nothing can stop me.”
In June, Madonna’s manager revealed he had been hospitalised with a “serious bacterial infection”, forcing the megastar to postpone her world tour.
A statement shared by her talent manager Guy Oseary to his Instagram page said: “On Saturday June 24, Madonna developed a serious bacterial infection which led to a several day stay in the ICU.
“Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care. A full recovery is expected,” it read in part.
