WHITE RHINO (3.35 Cheltenham, nap)
He looked to be crying out for this step up to three miles when an excellent second here last time out. That race was over four furlongs shorter and he got little luck in running. He had to come from a long way off the pace and had the door slammed in his face a couple of times. When in the clear he came home strongly and won’t be short of stamina here.
DYSART ENOS (12.05 Cheltenham, nb)
She confirmed herself as a hot prospect when winning the big mares’ bumper at Aintree’s Grand National meeting earlier this year. She didn’t disappoint on her first spin over hurdles at Huntingdon on comeback with a smooth seven-length success. She powered home there and should be able to handle this very different track.
LE LIGERIEN (2.25 Cheltenham, treble)
He looks a solid call in a race where most of his rivals have big questions to answer. Brendan Powell didn’t have to get out of second gear when winning at Kempton last time and a 5lb rise in the weights seems fair. He likes this trip and is fit.
