FANS of Argentinian side Velez Sarsfield attacked their own players at gunpoint after a legend’s final ever game.
They lost to Huracan 1-0 in veteran defender Diego Godin‘s last match of his career.

But things descended into chaos when players were reportedly ambushed by hooligans as they arrived back at their training ground.
Velez Sarsfield finished the season 25th in the Primera Division and hooligans showed their frustration in terrifying scenes.
Thugs dubbed the “Barra Bravas” jumped the squad and threatened to shoot them.
Striker Gianluca Prestianni told ESPN: “We arrived to get our cars and go home. We came out and it was all dark when the cars of the ‘Barra Brava’ came across us.
“There were probably five or six of them.
“They hit me twice in the face while grabbing me by the jacket.
“I was too scared and my team-mates didn’t want to go home in case they were followed.
“They even told one of them: ‘Get out of the car or I’ll shoot you twice in the legs.’”

Manager Sebastian Mendez has reportedly told the club the players will not return to training until their safety is guaranteed.
Godin, 37, hung up his boots after a stellar career, playing a total of 799 games.
He is best known for his time with Uruguay at the World Cup and with Atletico Madrid, where he won LaLiga once and the Europa League twice.
Godin also played for Villarreal and Inter Milan.
