SHOPPERS have been left heartbroken after a beloved homeware store announced its closure.
It’s the second shock closure to hit Lancashire recently, after just days ago owners of the brand shut up another one of its stores.
Fab Interiors have announced the closure of their Poulton store
Following the closure of their Garstang road store, bosses of Fab Interiors have announced they are also closing their Poulton store due to “proximity of our flagship store in Preston.”
They added: “We are focusing our efforts on our larger sites where our full collections can be displayed in a much more desirable setting.”
The store will be holding a closing down sale beginning on Friday 3, November and stock will be discounted by up to 50%.
It is expected to sell its signature items including vases, bowls, door stops and “everything in between”.
Bosses of the beloved store have reassured shoppers that they are here to stay and want to remind them that stores in Preston, Blackpool, Lytham, Bowness and Kendal will remain open.
However customers are still devastated by the closure with one Facebook user writing: “What a shame it’s closing down!!! It’s a lovely shop!”.
“WTH! Was in the other day! Crikey! Get that pic quick!! Or we will have to visit the other FAB stores,” said another.
This isn’t the only shock closure to leave shoppers shocked recently, as earlier this month we told how boots customers were worried as 300 of its stores faced the chop.
And how Iceland is closing its outlet on Trinity Street, Huddersfield following a string of closures this year.
