A warm welcome. Heather Rae El Moussa (née Young) revealed that her newborn son met her Selling Sunset costars Chrishell Stause and Mary Fitzgerald.
“Tristan’s aunties came down for a little girls night and baby snuggle session,” the Flipping El Moussas star, 35, wrote via Instagram on Monday, March 6. She included photos with her pals at a restaurant as well as photos of both women holding Tristan, who she and husband Tarek El Moussa welcomed 5 weeks ago.
“It was so nice to have my girls visit,” Heather gushed. “We had such a bonding, therapeutic dinner and we just caught up about life and struggles and it was just really real and super comforting for all of us.”
The trio have starred on Selling Sunset since the Netflix series premiered in 2019, and Heather said that the real estate agents lean on each other. “We’ve been through so much together and have gone through hardships, ups, downs, and everything in between so all of our experiences together has really just bonded us for life,” she added. “I love these girls and baby boy loved meeting his aunties .”
Chrishell, 41, reposted the photos with the caption: “Had the BEST girl catch up yesterday and got to meet baby Tristan . Heart melted!”
Fitzgerald, 41, followed suit, writing, “Had such an amazing girls day!! Also finally met adorable baby Tristen.”
Days after giving birth, Heather exclusively gushed to Us Weekly about how she’s loving life as a new mom.
“I’ve been learning about the body and about babies and what our body does to help your baby survive,” the California native told Us. “Like, he’ll find my breast and he’ll crawl at my stomach to find it to go feed. And I leak when he’s on me because my body knows he’s on me. So, it’s just all these things that your body can do that I never got to experience before. I have this whole appreciation of the female body.”
Heather’s husband Tarek, 41, also shares daughter Taylor, 12, and son Brayden, 7, with ex-wife Christina Hall (née Haack). The real estate expert has spoken about the joy of being a stepmom to the children, but giving birth has given her a whole new perspective.
“I had this whole new appreciation for moms,” Heather explained after giving birth. “I love being a stepmom to Tay and Bray, but having my own and carrying him and then going through the labor and going through all the experiences, it’s obviously something I’ve never experienced. … It’s just such a beautiful thing that the female body can do.”
