Kane started and scored in the 5-1 friendly win over Singaporean side Lion City Sailors in what could be his last appearance for the club.
Bayern Munich are hopeful of completing a deal to sign Kane despite having two bids rejected by Spurs.
Kane is said to be open to the switch but put the transfer speculation to one side to celebrate his birthday.
The England captain dined at celebrity hotspot Sheesh, which specialises in sheesh kebabs, steaks, lobster and truffles.
A truffle steak costs £120 while a wagyu burger is priced at £55 – Kane may have gone for the ‘Birthday surprise’ dessert for a more reasonable sum of £15.
The evening out provided Kate with a chance to unwind following her recent house-hunting trip to Munich.
She is believed to have looked at properties and international schools with fellow family members in the district of Grunwald in Bavaria.
Meanwhile, Bayern bosses have jetted into London once again for talks with Daniel Levy.

Bayern are likely to offer Tottenham around £86million but Spurs are holding out for £100m.
Chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen and technical director Marco Neppe, who stayed in Germany while Bayern went on their Far East tour, are aiming to convince Levy to finally sell.
The Bundesliga giants have had £60m and £70m offers rejected so far.
Earlier this week, Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel dropped a hint saying: “They are doing something it is necessary to do in Europe to support us.”
Paris Saint-Germain however are confident they can seal a deal for Kane this summer, with the club prepared to outbid all rivals.
England skipper Kane has one year left on his contract with Tottenham.
In an effort to keep Kane at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium beyond next summer, he has been offered a new deal worth £400,000-a-week.
Long-term admirers Manchester United are also keeping tabs on the situation while they pursue No.1 target Rasmus Hojlund.
