Running late for work bothered nearly as many.
Losing house keys, being cut up by another driver and traffic jams were also among the top ten most stressful things in the survey, commissioned by luxury holiday company Coco Collection.
Author Dr Audrey Tang, a Coco relaxation expert, said: “Stress can affect blood pressure, digestion, muscle tension and much more.”
