A FOOTBALL-mad boy given a slim chance of surviving a bleed on his brain is looking forward to kicking a ball again after a “miracle” recovery.
Alex Darracott, nine, was given a 20 per cent possibility of survival by surgeons who found a blood clot the size of a walnut inside his skull.

The lad, grandson of late Everton defender Terry Darracott, had felt a stabbing pain in his head before fainting and being taken to hospital.
He needed more than eight hours of surgery.
Despite his parents being told he was unlikely to survive, he was home nine days later.
And medics have said he can return to playing football in November.
Mum Melissa Penket, 40, of St Helens, Merseyside, said: “It’s a miracle.
“I don’t think he’s realised what he’s been through.
“All he wants to do is kick the ball.”
