First look at the new Disney Treasure cruise launching next year – with exclusive shows and attractions

DISNEY is launching a brand new cruise ship next year – and there are lots of new attractions and shows.

Setting sail from December 2024, the Disney Treasure is the 6th ship to join its fleet.

And Disney has revealed what to expect in their latest video.

Guests will board into the Grand Hall, inspired by Aladdin and with unique shows and character encounters.

Also onboard will be 1,256 stateroomsand a whopping seven pools, so you won’t have to fight for a space.

Adult-only area Sarabi will have entertainment including Match Your Mate, and Villains Game Night, as well as the the Quiet Cove, an adults only district with bar and inifity pool

Attractions onboard include the AquaMouse waterslide as well as a Walt Disney Theatre, which will have a new Broadway-style show yet to be revealed along with Beauty and the Beast and “Disney Seas the Adventure shows.

Jumbeax Sweets, inspired by Zootopia will serve handmade gelato, while the Jungle Cruise-themed Skipper Society lounge will serve drinks.

And Periscope Pub will be the first attraction inspired by the 1954 Disney film 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

There will even be a Coco inspired restaurant, Plaza de Coco

There will also be a new Marvel dining experience at the Worlds of Marvel restaurant.

A Plaza de Coco restaurant is the “world’s first theatrical dining experience” themed on Coco and will serve modern twists on traditional Mexican dishes.

The third new restaurant is 1923, named for the founding year of Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Adult-only dining locations will also return, with Palo Steakhouse, THe Rose and Enchante, with the menu created by three-Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement.

Kids can head to the Oceaneer Club, with a Marvel Superhero Academy, Imaginary Lab and Fairytale Hall along with the Star Wars: Cargo Bay and Mickey and Minnie Captain’s Deck.

Teens have the choice of Vibe and Edge, both clubs for them to chill out in.

They also gave a sneak preview at the new rooms onboard, ranging from veranda state rooms to concierge and royal suites.

And the fanciest place onboard is the Tomorrow Tower Suite – with floor-to-ceiling windows, the huge suite is inspired by Epcot.

The Disney Treasure will embark on its maiden voyage, a seven-night Eastern Caribbean cruise from Port Canaveral, Florida, on December 21, 2024.

This will be followed by an inaugural season of seven-night itineraries to the Eastern and Western Caribbean from Port Canaveral.

Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members can book a Disney Treasure cruise as early as September 12, 2023, and bookings will open to all guests on September 20, 2023.
