FANS have spotted an Arsenal “Champions 23” shirt being flogged on Facebook Marketplace… and the asking price has left them in stitches.
The Gunners’ title bid was left in tatters after a series of disappointing results culminated in Sunday’s 3-0 home defeat to Brighton.

Arsenal’s botched challenge appeared to spoil one entrepreneurial wannabe’s big plans.
Assuming Mikel Arteta’s side would win the title, one fan bought an away top and had it printed with “Champions 23”.
Following their title capitulation, the internet user, based in Bradford, opted to list it on Facebook Marketplace… for FREE.
When asked to list its condition, they joked it was “full of tears”.
Arsenal had been as many as 11 points clear at the top of the Prem table.
But a late wobble that saw them botch leads against Liverpool and West Ham, draw with Southampton and lose to Manchester City and Brighton ruined their title dream.
Following the Seagulls debacle, a dejected Arteta said: “I hate the feeling of letting people down when they’re really expecting something. That’s the biggest regret I have today.
“A week ago, I was standing here feeling proud and today we have to apologise for the performance in the second half. It was not acceptable.”

The Brighton match saw Arsenal fans leave Emirates Stadium early in their droves – leading to criticism from Ian Wright.
The former Gunners striker said on his Wrighty’s House podcast: “What I was a little bit disappointed about was the Arsenal fans that left when it went to 2-0, because they’ve forgotten what we were aiming for at the start of the season.
“And how that team, with the resources, losing the players we lost, fought a City side that’s broken Liverpool averaging 90-odd points, to three games left in the season, we’ve brought them there and it’s still mathematically possible, although very remote.
“So when I saw the people leaving, I’d rather they stayed and gave that team…
“Roy Keane said they were physically and mentally done, that deserved some recognition that they f***ing went for it, they fought this season for it.”
