Exact date this week Starbucks’ pumpkin spice latte is returning to menus – but fans can also get it NOW

STARBUCKS fans have just days left to wait to get their hands on the returning pumpkin spice latte.

The autumn-inspired beverage will be hitting more than 1,000 branches from September 7.

The drink combines Starbucks espresso roast, pumpkin spice-flavoured sauce and steamed milk, with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices on top.

Prices start from £4.20 for a tall size, making it 55p more expensive than last year.

The hot drink is also available in medium and large sizes for £4.45 and £4.70 respectively.

That’s not all as the Seattle-based coffee company is launching cold versions of the autumnal classic.

Caffeine addicts will be able to get a tall iced pumpkin spice latte from £4.20 or a tall pumpkin cream cold brew for £4.15.

Fans can also pick up the pumpkin spice frappuccino from £4.25.

Remember you can save 25p on any of the above drinks in-store by bringing a reusable cup.

Meanwhile, certain fans can get hold of the new spice latte drinks now and don’t have to wait until September 7.

Any customers signed up to the Starbucks Reward scheme can get early access.

Starbucks isn’t the only chain bringing back its popular spice latte.

Greggs brought back the fan favourite beverage last month.

It will set customers back £2.40, 20p more expensive than 2022, and up 45p from the year before.

How to save money at Starbucks

If you’re a Starbucks regular the first thing you want to do to save money is sign up to its loyalty scheme.

Customers who sign up get three stars for every £1 spent in-store.

Once you reach 150, equivalent to £50 spent, you get a free drink and anyone who reaches 450 stars, equivalent to £150 spent, becomes a gold member.

Gold members can pick up free extra espresso shots, syrups and whipped cream, plus a free drink on their birthday.

You can sign up to the Rewards scheme for free via the Starbucks app which is downloadable via the Apple app store or Google Play, depending on whether you have an iPhone or Android.
