EVERTON could potentially be docked MORE points THIS SEASON due to another alleged breach of Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules.
The Toffees are already reeling after they were deducted ten points for breaching profit and sustainability rules.

That penalty saw them drop from being comfortable in mid-table to the relegation drop zone.
And now further punishment could be on the way after it was confirmed that a new breach of the rules should be dealt with by the end of May.
Everton were hit with the ten point penalty by an independent commission after it was ruled that they broke Premier League’s financial rules, which allow for losses of no more than £105 million over three seasons.
The Blues are currently preparing to submit their accounts from the 2022/23 campaign, with clubs now having to do so by December 31 instead of the previous March deadline.
Now, under the new regulations introduced last summer, straightforward breaches of financial rules must be fast-tracked in order for them to be dealt with before the end of the campaign.
Now The Times claims that there “are fears that if the same calculation system is used, Everton could find themselves sailing close to the wind again”.
