EUROSTAR has cancelled all trains to and from London due to “last-minute” strike action – sparking Christmas getaway chaos.
Passengers have been left stranded on a train on the French side of the tunnel, with thousands more told their services are cancelled.

Travellers on a train from Brussels have also reported their train having to turn back to the Belgian capital.
A spokesman for Eurostar said: “Due to a last-minute strike by Eurotunnel/Getlink, no Channel Tunnel crossings have happened since 12pm today.
“Unfortunately, Eurostar has had to cancel all trains to and from London until 3.30pm.
“Customers affected will receive direct communication about their journey and we recommend that travellers postpone their travel today if possible.
“We are closely monitoring the situation as it evolves, and any further updates will be communicated as soon as possible.”
A number of furious passengers have taken to social media to complain of their trains being cancelled today.
One said: “Unbelievable, the Eurostar from Brussels to London is not allowed to move further and returning back to Brussels.
“Are we having a laugh? Little babies and kids on the train crying, Christmas plans to ruins…”
A second wrote: “My birthday present from Eurostar: unannounced EuroTunnel strike preventing our train from entering France.
“Headed back to London and no idea what to do about our follow-on travel bookings.”
A third added: “Currently sat on Eurostar & there’s a spontaneous strike meaning we cannot go through the tunnel.
“No information about what’s going on, someone sort it out!”
